Is Curt good? This event is a big deal and I can’t take chances!2024-05-18T01:29:45-05:00

Well you shouldn’t take any chances! It’s important to find entertainment that will appeal to everyone in your group, and everyone loves a good magician! It’s also important that the material be clean (inoffensive), especially in the corporate environment. Curt’s been performing professionally for over 25 years (including 5 years at Houston’s Magic Island) and racked up literally thousands of magic shows for some of the largest companies across the U.S.  He performs almost exclusively for corporate events, so he’s in a great position to ensure your event is a success!

Curt’s celebrity clients include William Shatner, Henry Winkler, Christopher Lloyd, Gilbert Gottfried, Perez Hilton, Sinbad and John Cleese (Monty Python).  His corporate clients include ExxonMobil, American Express & NASA!

Curt Miller is also recognized by his peers and was featured on the cover of “M-U-M” Magazine (Magic-Unity-Might), the international magazine of the Society of American Magicians.

Should we have a Stand-Up Show or Walk-Around Magic?2024-05-18T01:40:52-05:00

If people are seated and facing one direction, go for the Stand-Up Show.

If people are just mingling at your event (not seated), go for the Walk-Around magic.

If you’re serving dinner, go for both: an hour or two of Walk-Around Magic before dinner, then a Stand-Up Show immediately after dinner. Do NOT schedule Curt Miller during dinner as it’s difficult to compete with food for attention!

Is there audience participation in the show?2024-05-18T02:04:33-05:00

Absolutely! Curt gets the audience involved throughout the show. In fact, that’s what makes it so much fun and every performance different! Most importantly he never embarrasses anyone; every participant is a hero!

Does Curt travel?2024-05-18T01:41:51-05:00

Absolutely!  Curt performs comedy magic shows all over the U.S. and beyond.

Does Curt perform for children’s birthday parties?2024-05-18T01:45:04-05:00

Curt’s act is 100% clean and “family friendly” but his act is generally more suited for corporate and/or family events than children’s parties.

How much room does Curt need to perform?2024-05-18T02:07:46-05:00

The space required depends on which show you select. The most popular show (“Show C”) can be performed virtually anywhere.  Curt should be positioned in a well lit area with your group primarily in front of him (not directly to the sides or behind).  Curt can provide a riser (portable stage), sound and/or lighting if needed.

The larger magic shows are more elaborate and have some space requirements. Please visit the Comedy Magic Show pages for the scoop on all the shows and their requirements.
